How To View My Customers In The Web Portal

The My Customers page allows you to search and view the customer information you have collected from transactions. You can export and save this information to use for marketing campaigns.

To view My Customers:

1. Log into the Ring up web portal.
2. Move your mouse over my Account tab but do not click.
3. Click My Customers.
4. The image below will help you understand the features.

A. CSV and PDF export icons, Print function and search bar.
B. Time period filter.
C. Customer info, including:

  • first name
  • middle initial
  • last name
  • address
  • phone number
  • email
  • last 4 of credit card

D. Filter customer amount shown per page.
E. Page number navigation if you have multiple pages of customers.
