What types of payment can I take with my reader?
You can accept magnetic stripe & EMV (chip and signature) chip cards that are branded Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. You cannot accept store branded gift cards that do not have the Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX logo.
Which mobile devices can I use with the Ring Up app?
Ring Up is compatible with Apple® iOS devices running 8.0 or higher and Android devices running 4.03 and above. It is strongly recommended you update your device to the latest version of software.
Where do I download the Ring Up app?
The Ring Up app is available for download from the Apple App Store® or from the Google Play store.
How do I turn on and pair my bluetooth reader?

How do I buy additional devices?

What about security? Is card data encrypted?
Yes. All transactions are fully encrypted.
Is there a warranty on the device?
Yes, the device comes with a 30-day warranty.
